Advancing Data Centres
of the future with Immersion
Welcome to ICHRC LtdCombined our team has 70+ years experience in Data Centres, 30 years in Project Management, and 15 years in Liquid cooling. We have delivered over 120 IT projects and 35 projects in Data Centres, along with 14 projects specifically involving liquid cooling. Our focus remains on precision, transparency, and delivering world-class infrastructure ready for the ever-changing industry requirements.
Our service offerings include customer consultation and education, site surveys, designs for new builds, liquid cooling retrofit suitability, Micro-Data Centre, dark data centres and even mobile data centres. We have heat reuse options suitable for any use case (depending on the location) which can assist the owners with their desire to reduce carbon footprint and meet regulatory requirements.
Our reputation is built on expertise, innovation and trust gained from retrofitting an old data centre originally built in the early 2000's. It was refitted with liquid cooling, dry air cooling and new heat containment systems. The selection of the DCiM allowed for full customer monitoring for power usage and cooling export to be able to provide the customer with real evidence-based reports for their ESG statements.
Our cooling solutions are not limited to the data centre sector.

Vendor-Neutral Guidance
We're not tied to any single manufacturer. Our recommendations are based on what's right for your environment, not our commercial relationships.
Retrofit Specialists
Every project we've delivered has been a retrofit. We understand legacy infrastructure, structural constraints, and phased migration better than anyone.
Evidence-Based ESG Reporting
We don't just help you become more sustainable — we give you the monitoring and data to prove it. Real evidence for real ESG statements.
End-to-End Delivery
From initial consultation and site survey through design, implementation, testing, and handover — we manage the full project lifecycle.
Proven Track Record
Three full-scale liquid cooling environments designed and operated. 100% client retention since our first year of trading.
PRINCE2 Project Governance
Every project follows structured methodology with clear milestones, transparent reporting, and rigorous change control.
From Assessment
to Handover
Every data centre cooling project is different. Some clients need us from first assessment through to handover and ongoing support. Others need help with a specific stage — a retrofit suitability review, a design challenge, or project management for an implementation already in progress.

Data Centre Cooling — Your Questions Answered
Liquid cooling uses water, glycol or a dielectric fluid to remove heat directly from IT equipment far more efficiently than air. In UK data centres it takes the form of direct-to-chip cold plates, rear-door heat exchangers, or full immersion — letting operators support high-density AI and HPC racks while cutting fan power and PUE.
